The best part about making Vegan cookies is that the cookie dough is 100% safe to eat and oh so good!

I recently made these Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies and I had to share the recipe with you. Delicious!!!

I changed some of the ingredients because I was using what I had in the house and they still were scrumptious.

-Instead of oat flour, I used 1 cup of gluten free oats and a half a cup of all purpose gluten free flour.

-Instead of chopped dark chocolate, I used dark, non-dairy chocolate chips.

-Instead of sunflower seed butter, I used peanut butter.

-I used more than 1-2 teaspoons of rice milk, closer to 6 teaspoons. (they were a little moist, but I like that. Use less for dryer cookies.)
