Health Coaching

Health Coaching is an opportunity to tap into your innate sense of all that is needed to be well. For any of us to thrive, balance must be achieved physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Abigail DiSalvo-Cain provides a calm and nurturing approach to help you achieve your goals of transformation. She integrates her extensive knowledge of a whole-foods, plant-based diet with spiritual insight and her deep ability to listen.

Our lives are full of responsibilities that we allow ourselves to prioritize over caring for ourselves. When you have a Health Coach, you have an advocate for YOU. Let’s take some time to look at the things that are stressing you, the things that you want to do and aren’t doing, or the things you THINK you should be doing and create a few simple ways to transform your day-to-day life into one of peace and balance.

During a Health Coaching session, we look at all aspects of your life; diet, sleep, activity level, career, family, community and address the areas that need a bit of a tweak. In these sessions, you are met where you are now. We then work together to create easy shifts in habits to propel you to your goal.

Health Coaching Offerings

First Session

In this session, we will explore your health concerns, health history, and current diet and lifestyle.

We will then create a plan to move forward.

One hour: $95.00

One Month Plan

We will meet weekly for one month to implement your wellness plan.

Email and text support included. Each session is 50 minutes in length.

Meets weekly (4 sessions): $360.00 ($90.00 per session)

*If more than one month is needed, we will discuss at that time and customize accordingly.
